Location: Lema Kebele, Ayehu Guagusa Woreda, Awi Zone, Amhara National Regional State, Ethiopia
Achieved Goal: Improved quality of life of learners through quality education by transforming physical infrastructure and educational quality.

- Replaced mud-falling facilities with 12 cement well-lighted and ventilated classrooms
- Built new science laboratory and library
- Created teachers' resource center and office spaces
- Constructed sex-desegregated latrines and sport grounds
- Trained teachers with ongoing classroom coaching support
- Provided age-appropriate and curriculum-aligned learning resources
- Installed safe water for drinking and cleaning
- Implemented school greening and educational gardening programs
- Conducted research and learning assessments for continuous improvement
